One of the things on my list of "must-sees" in Nauvoo was the sunset on the Mississippi.
It wasn't hard to achieve . . . just as I'd hoped, it was gorgeous!

I loved your photo journal of Nauvoo, etc. It sounds like you had a wonderful trip. While we were in Nauvoo, Carthage, Winter Quarters, etc. I had the feeling that where spiritual things have happened--the Spirit still resonates.
