A Week in Review

John hired a bunch of Youth to 'act' for an upcoming
video commercial that will be on YouTube.
They had a great time destroying equipment, acting crazy, and eating pizza.
It only took about 1/2 hour and they left with $30 cash, dinner, and a t-shirt!  Not bad!  He's got a lot of editing to do!  I'll post it when it's ready.

Brooke was in the "Peter Rabbit" play.  It was so totally darling.  She was one of the readers and did quite an excellent job.  She has such the personality for stage and speaks so clearly - she was in her element and loved it.

I'm feeling a little bit stressed . . . my next editing project is due this week (picture below - it's a lot of paper!  The first little stack on top took me 2 hours on Saturday) and I have to prepare a talk to give in Sacrament meeting.  Let's hope Ashlyn sleeps so I can steal a few minutes to work!

On Saturday night, I took Madison and Brooke to see the production of "Narnia: The Musical" which our friends were in.  It was a cute rendition and I loved how our little 10-year old friends developed a cockney accent for the parts of  Mr. and Mrs. Beaver.
Looking forward to seeing the movie "Prince Caspian" but Madison has to finish the book first - that's the deal!  She's almost done so we may make it there this weekend.

Can't wait to view the finished product with the kids:)
Brooke is precious. Didn't know she
had 'stage talent'. I love bunnies!
I CAN'T wait until Thursday after-
noon -schools out! I am a bit over
my head right now with events, times
and projects -but I'm not speaking
in Sacrament!! So best of 'luck' with that one :)
(we know it's not luck, huh!)ciao

I love imagining John herding the youth while taking the video. Can't wait to see it. I nearly left without posting a comment, but saw your note requesting one. I've decided either nobody reads my blog, or nobody likes to comment. You do much better on the comments toll than I do. Maybe I need to put up a request like yours?

I am proud of Brooke and her talents! She is so beautiful too....I still plan on lining up her and Ty when they are older...heeheehee....another "Mike and Marrianne!" Ha! That is awesome that you have that editing job on the side and can work it into your life...I'm sure it's great excercise for your mind too. I am in Cali right now....let's get together!

hello! I love plays with the kids in them! Spencer did one on Paul Bunyun (that looks weird) (Bunyon?) It was so cute! This one looks cute too!
That is a great idea to have them read the book first...my problem is making John wait (I wish i could get him to read the books!!!) He wants to see every movie the day they come out! We saw it and it was really good. I ordered the book from the school book order and did not get it yet and school got out last week! I wanted to read it!! I read books 1-3 last month and they were good The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe was the best (the movie is almost exactly the book! Really good I think) The first book is weird. #2,The Horse and His Boy was good too.
What are you editing? That would be my nightmare job because I don't think I ever caught onto grammer!!!!!!What is your talk on? Talk to you later!!
