A Prayer in Spring
Robert Frost
Oh, give us pleasure in the flowers to-day;
And give us not to think so far away
As the uncertain harvest; keep us here
All simply in the springing of the year.
Oh, give us pleasure in the orchard white,
Like nothing else by day, like ghosts by night;
And make us happy in the happy bees,
The swarm dilating round the perfect trees.
And make us happy in the darting bird
That suddenly above the bees is heard,
The meteor that thrusts in with needle bill,
And off a blossom in mid air stands still.
For this is love and nothing else is love,
The which it is reserved for God above
To sanctify to what far ends He will,
But which it only needs that we fulfil.

Thanks for signing me back up! : ) Such cute pics. We are in St George. So pretty here. I needed to feel SPRING! Yipee! It's not quite spring in SLC yet.
So nice. Reminds me of a poem that
Pres. Monson would recite in conference - I can hear his voice!
We have spring fever. I didn't want
the kids to go back to school after
spring break. The weather is perfect.
Since Brooke White is LDS and from Mesa, she has a lot of eyes on her!
The news interviewed the principal and drama teacher of Chloe's school- where Brooke went with Adrianne. I like her, I just don't
know that she'll make it to # 1 or 2. Funny that she lives there now -small world. Also, her hubs won't cut his hair until she gets cut from the contest -so it's a mop to
say the least!
